Damage to NTMSC Motorcycles

Motorcycles will be provided for the course but please note, per company policy, that students are responsible for any damages to North Texas Motorcycle Safety Course motorcycles. By registering for this course, you legally agree to be financially liable (up to the amount of $500) for damages to North Texas Motorcycle Safety Course motorcycles while in use during this class. Damages may result from misuse of the motorcycle, dropping the motorcycle, or accidents during training.

Cancel/Reschedule/Late Policy
  • On the day of your course if you do not attend or if you show up more than 15 minutes late, you will not be able to receive any type of refund or reschedule.
  • If you are unable to take a course that you sign up for, you must provide us with at least four (4) business days notice or you will forfeit your course fee. There will be a $50 rescheduling fee if a student needs to change their class date prior to the 4 days before the class.
  • Once you have signed up and paid for training, it is not refundable unless NTMSC has to cancel a course and is unable to move you to another course.
  • Please be on time. Arriving late or tardy to your scheduled session forfeits your place in the class.
  • If you are late, do not show up, fail to cancel within the cancellation period or leave the class for any reason, NO REFUNDS, TRANSFERS, or CREDITS will be issued.
Weather Policy
  • We ride RAIN or SHINE, please bring rain gear.
  • We will reschedule for snow accumulation.
Replacement Card Policy

If a student misplaces their DMV completion certificate or MSF card, the student may request a one-time replacement for a $50 fee per card. However, North Texas Motorcycle Safety Course does NOT replace expired cards or any cards after 1 year following the student’s course completion date.

Photography/Videography Policy

During the course or after course completion, class photos/video may be taken. By acknowledging these terms, you legally agree to all of the following statements: I grant to North Texas Motorcycle Safety Course permission to photograph or video me, and publish any media now or later, for promotional or other purpose. I release North Texas Motorcycle Safety Course from any and all claims connected with the use of photographs or video of me.
