If cancellation by a student is necessary, NTMSC must be notified 3 days prior to the course date to be eligible to reschedule a new course date.
Courses go on rain or shine. There are no refunds for student cancellation.
If it is necessary for NTMSC to cancel a course, students will be given a chance to change to another course or offered a refund.
If a course does not fill, NTMSC reserves the right to cancel that course and contact the enrolled students and schedule them for an alternate course.
